1. Our commitment
Neo Engenior Ltd. takes reports of possible breaches of law or internal policies seriously. This channel allows concerns to be raised safely and confidentially, in line with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and applicable Maltese implementing law.
2. Who can submit reports?
Reports may be submitted by persons with a work-related connection to Neo Engenior, including:
- Current and former employees
- Job applicants
- Suppliers, contractors and business partners
- Shareholders and members of corporate bodies
3. What can be reported?
Reports may relate to breaches falling within the scope of applicable whistleblower protection rules and other relevant law, including for example:
- Corruption, bribery and fraud
- Breaches of occupational health, safety or labour rules
- Data-protection breaches
- Environmental law breaches
- Export-control or sanctions violations
- Other unlawful conduct affecting Neo Engenior’s business integrity
4. Confidentiality and protection
The identity of the reporting person is treated confidentially and disclosed only where required by law or with consent. Good-faith whistleblowers are protected against retaliation. Knowingly false reports may have legal consequences.

We aim to acknowledge receipt within seven (7) days and to provide feedback on the follow-up within a reasonable period, and in any event within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically within three months).
